My clients get results and improve their health by taking one small step at a time. We will work together to design a plan to jumpstart eating and lifestyle changes that rely on planning power not willpower. Your food preferences, lifestyle and health needs will be considered as we set up your action plan.
Does your motivation start to dwindle as the weeks go by? It is easier to stay motivated if you are seeing progress. So I help my clients look for numerous points of progress rather than just relying on the scale to tell them how they are doing. Research has shown that good health is more than just the “right” number on the scale.
Working with me is convenient and affordable. I see all my clients virtually and I am an in-network
provider for Aetna, Cigna, CDPHP, MVP and Empire BCBS. Therefore, your out-of-pocket costs for
nutrition counseling may be limited to a copay, deductible or none at all. Out-of-network benefits may be
available if you do not have one of the above health insurance plans. Ask your insurance company about
benefits for nutrition counseling, referred to as procedure codes 97802 (initial session) and 97803 (followup sessions).
I’m not the food police! Think of me as your food coach. I guide you to achieve your goals without relying on restrictive meal plans, unappetizing frozen meals or protein shakes and bars. As a chef and cookbook author, I know healthy food can taste fabulous. Check out my Eat Well Blog for tips and recipes.
My goal in working with you is simple: I want to help you enjoy good food and good health!
