I developed these skills working with a team of a psychologist and exercise physiologist leading a group therapy program for people struggling with obesity and binge eating at New York University Medical Center.
I have a Master of Science degree in nutrition from New York University and an Associate’s Degree in the culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America.

My clients aren’t resigned to eating dull, unappealing food, because as a professional chef, trained by The Culinary Institute of America, I only recommend food that tastes so good you will crave it. I published my cookbook,The Diabetes-Friendly Kitchen 125 Recipes for Creating Healthy Meals (HMH 2012), to show food lovers with diabetes and pre-diabetes how they can prepare seriously delicious meals.
